- Deti ma robia šťastnou. Ich pozitívna spätná väzba, veselý smiech a úprimné prijatie sú pre mňa zdrojom radosti. Učia ma žiť tu a teraz. Dávajú lásku, podporu a rešpekt priamočiaro. Mám dar získať si ich pozornosť a vybudovať si s nimi dôverný vzťah za krátky čas, k čomu mi pomáhajú aj moje dlhoročné skúsenosti z práce učiteľky v materskej škole.
Rada s nimi objavujem nepoznané, vymýšľam zmysluplné aktivity, čítam knihy, odpovedám na nekonečné otázky a trávim čas na čerstvom vzduchu. Trpezlivo im vysvetľujem, čo je správne a čo nie, pričom vždy dbám na ich bezpečnosť a uspokojenie všetkých potrieb.
Plne rešpektujem výchovný prístup rodičov a ich požiadavky. Uprednostňujem dlhodobú a stabilnú spoluprácu.
