Mám certifikát, som inštruktorkou pilatesu aj pre seniorov čiže viem doma so seniormi aj cvičiť a venovať sa im aj vo voľnočasových a pohybových aktivitach, nielen pri základných potrebách. Vyrastala som s rodinným príslušníkom ktorý je ZŤP ( osoba na vozíku bez možnosti chôdze ) čiže mi je blízka aj starostlivosť o imobilného človeka.
