Som držiteľkou opatrovateľského kurzu, pričom mojou najväčšou prednosťou je milý, trpezlivý a empatický prístup. Ku každému človeku pristupujem s maximálnou úctou a úsmevom, pretože viem, aké dôležité je pre nich ľudské teplo a pocit bezpečia.
