Hello! My name is Rosina, and I am a 29-year-old woman living in Bratislava. I am looking for a nanny position where I can provide dedicated, attentive care for one child at a time, allowing me to give them my full focus, energy, and support.
I am a single mother to a wonderful 3-year-old daughter, and I also played a significant role in raising my younger sister, who is now 18 years old. These experiences have given me many years of hands-on childcare experience and a deep understanding of children's emotional and developmental needs.
Both my daughter and my sister are on the autism spectrum, which has given me extensive first-hand experience supporting autistic children in everyday life. Through this experience, I have learned the importance of patience, consistency, emotional understanding, and creating an environment where children feel safe and accepted. I understand that children can become overwhelmed by emotions, changes in routine, or sensory overload, and I am comfortable helping them through difficult moments with calmness and compassion. I do not take meltdowns personally and am skilled at helping children feel understood, regulated, and secure even when situations become challenging.
While I have particular experience with autistic children, I believe that this approach benefits all children. Every child deserves kindness, respect, encouragement, and the opportunity to develop confidence in a safe and trusting environment.
My parenting and childcare philosophy is based on compassion, understanding emotions, maintaining healthy routines, and building a strong, long-term relationship founded on trust. I believe children thrive when they feel heard, respected, and supported.
Most of my experience has been with girls, but I would be equally happy to care for a little boy.
**Availability**
* Weekdays: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Every other week I can offer more flexible hours, including longer days and occasional weekend care by agreement
